About Me

I am a helpful, keen and easy going person. As my family is growing up and needing less of my time and attention, I’ve been able to get back into the workplace in areas where I excel. I have worked in many admin and customer service positions and am used to working under pressure.

I am driven by delivering the highest levels of service whilst maintaining the utmost accuracy in every task.

For the past eighteen years I have worked in a variety of roles, from customer-facing positions, providing the highest levels of customer service for global clients; to more back-office functions responsible for a wide range of administrative duties.

Whilst in these roles, I was fortunate enough to be nominated and receive industry awards for the high levels of customer service delivered. Because of these awards, my abilities were highlighted to other departments within the company. Subsequently, this lead to me being appointed as part of the project and development teams for several different in-house systems.

As much as I loved the diversity in the customer-facing roles, which were fast-paced, requiring quick thinking and a proactive approach; it was my attention to detail and drive for accuracy that moved me into executive assistant and system development roles.

It’s a combination of the two areas that have led me to create and develop Above & Beyond Admin Services.

I am extremely competent in all Microsoft Office applications, with a particularly high-level knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software QuickBooks, Xero & Sage.
